Taylor wrote her first children’s book when she was eight—a collection of limericks that she hand-illustrated and hand-delivered to family members. This love for writing and rhyme, combined with an insatiable appetite for books, inspired her to seek out a B.A. in Literature with an emphasis in Creative Writing. She is an alum of Eastern Nazarene College in the neighborhood of Boston, MA. Her path ultimately lead to the editing field, where she gets to help many other writers’ words come to life.
When away from the computer, you can find her digging in the dirt, cooking for her family and friends, or playing guitar. Taylor hails from Florida, and currently resides on the Gulf Coast of Alabama with her husband and two boys. The Night Before Christmas on the High Seas is her first book.
Christi is a freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator and a graduate of the University of South Alabama. While capable of photo-realistic illustrations in pencil, her gluttony for unforgiving punishment has made ink her favorite medium. She prefers both the challenge and the unique texture it affords every composition.
Christi currently resides in Mobile, Alabama, with her exceedingly supportive husband, three beautiful daughters, and unfortunate looking shitzu, Obie—of which Obie is her favorite.
